These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of www.mindgreen.co and to all coaching, consulting, group programs and digital products provided by mindgreen, owned by Raffaella Semeghini.

By using the website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
mindgreen provides executive and leadership coaching, individual and group programs, consulting, training and digital materials.
These services do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility
You declare that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is truthful.
You understand that:
• Coaching is a personal and professional development process
• Results are not guaranteed
• All decisions, actions and outcomes remain your (Client) full responsibility

3. Payments
All prices are communicated on the website or in writing.
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
VAT may be applied according to law.
Access to digital products is granted once payment has been completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, they will be charged in full.
Programs and digital products are non-refundable once started or accessed, unless required by law.

5. Confidentiality
Individual sessions are confidential.
For group sessions, confidentiality is requested from all participants, but mindgreen cannot guarantee the behaviour of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, methods, materials, videos, texts, programs and documents provided by mindgreen remain the exclusive intellectual property of Raffaella Semeghini and may not be copied, shared or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
mindgreen and Raffaella Semeghini are not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the website, services or information provided.
All actions taken based on the coaching are at the Client’s own risk.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona, Italy.
